Villa Eva takes origin from the desire to create a place of relax, a small spot where you can simply feel at home.
And... women are the most cuddled guests.
Villa Eva is a small cottage built of white Conero stones which has recently been ristructured.
And is today a Guest House for refined tourists.
There silence and relax are compulsory and they are assured by the absence of traffic and the reservedness of its garden.
Its central location is strategic both for the beaches (that you can reach in 10 minutes'walking among the wood) and the trekking excursions in the Conero natural park.
And.. for the evening, the picturesque small square at only 200 metres.
