Right on the beach, the hotel is located in front of the homonymous beach Numana High-European Blue Flag, in a quiet and a short walk from the town, the hotel offers only bed and breakfast Italian style (B. & B.).

The hotel has 21no smoking rooms with modern furnishings, own private parking, garage, heating and air conditioning, the building has no elevator.

Groups are accepted, with modalities to be agreed in advance.

Property of Tiffi family since 1958, it was completely renovated in the early nineties, with constant functional improvements from year to year.

The opening is on a seasonal basis from April to September.
All rooms have been recently refurbished and equipped with central heating, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, color TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, ceiling fans and balcony (only those with sea views).

The arrangement can be done in double, triple or quadruple, while no single rooms are available.

During the low season, however, can be booked double rooms for single use, with a reduction on the normal rate.
