Originally a Camaldolite Abbey, Hotel Monteconero stands at the top of the Conero promontory at an altidude of 550m. In the middle of Conero regional park, the hotel enjoys an enchanting position with a view of the Adriatic sea and the gentle hills of the Marches.

Ideal for a relaxing holiday, the hotel also offers the opportunity to make excursions along the Conero Park's nature trails or to play golf .

In a few minutes it is possible to reach the marvellous beaches of the Riviera del Conero such as those of Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo. Moreover, following the "Rosso Conero routes". tourists can sample local delicacies. The nearby towns and villages are of historical and artistic interest.

The hotel has 50 ensuite bedrooms in the monastery and 9 suites in the guest wing which was formally a villa. The rooms are tastefully furnished reflecting the sobriety of the Romanesque style; they are all equipped with direct phone lines, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar and safe.
