We are proud of our Italian family hotel tradition. Since 1968 we have continuously improved the accommodation and mediterranean style facilities and we`re happy to have more and more regular guests every season.

Our guests may choose between three styles of accommodation. In the shadow of old mediterranean pine trees and perfumed macchia bushes are located Casa Ginestre, Villa Dante and Casa dei Pini, as well as our Italian style brick bungalows. You may prefer a comfortable flat just 5 mins�from the beach with one, two or three rooms � with access to the mediterranean garden or with a terrace. From your holiday apartment or bungalow you�ll reach the sports facilities, our huge pool and the parking ground in just a few minutes. The Italian style garden with old tamarisk and eucalyptus trees surrounds our private pool for your relaxing Italian holiday.

Part of the sports facilities we offer are a tennis and soccer hard court as well as a multifunctional hard court to play basketball, volleyball or ping-pong.

Directly facing the villas and bungalows lies our beach, comfortably equipped with parasols and sunloungers as well as a beach bar. You will enjoy a lunch or dinner overlooking the Adriatic sea view from our restaurant Acquamarina directly on the beach. And in the sailing and surf centre we`ll be happy to provide a surfboard, catamaran or optimist jolly-boat to enjoy the Adriatic sea facing the beautifull Mount Conero.

You want just a little snack without dressing up for lunch? At our Bistro �Ventinpoppa� you�re welcome in comfy leasure wear! Get a nice Italian lunch or dinner, like pasta with delicious sauce or an Italian salad with tasteful Italian Marche wines or a cool beer.

Welcome kids! In several places of the hotel & bungalow resort you`ll find playgrounds and toys � and you�ll love to get your icecream at the beach bar and have a swim in the Adriatic sea or the private Dama Blu pool!
